1. Booking Terms

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement.

Booking Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only after receiving our official confirmation email.

Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in: 10:00 AM
• Check-out: 9:00 AM
• Early or late requests may incur charges.

Occupancy Limits

Exceeding maximum guest limits without approval may result in cancellation without refund.

2. Payment Terms

• We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
• Full payment is required unless stated otherwise.
• A refundable security deposit may apply.
• Prices are listed in INR and may change before confirmation.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

If we cancel your booking, you will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Failure to arrive without notice will be treated as a no-show.

4. Booking Modifications

• Changes must be requested at least 7 days before check-in.
• Rescheduling may incur a 5% fee.
• Requests under 7 days may not be honored.

5. Property Use & Conduct

Respect for Property

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

Prohibited Activities

• Illegal activities
• Excessive noise
• Unauthorized subletting
• Open flames without approval

Pets

Allowed only in designated pet-friendly farmhouses with possible cleaning fees.

6. Liability

• We are not responsible for personal belongings.
• Guests use facilities at their own risk.
• Force majeure events may affect bookings.

7. Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and shared only when necessary for bookings or legal compliance.

8. Website Usage

• We strive for accurate content but may correct errors.
• All website materials are protected intellectual property.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction in Hyderabad courts.

We may update these terms at any time. Please review periodically.
