A booking may be confirmed instantly through the Platform or after the Owner manually accepts your booking/enquiry, as per listing settings.
You must review property details, rules, inclusions, exclusions, and total price before confirming.
A legally binding contract for the stay is formed between you and the Property Owner upon booking confirmation (email/SMS/WhatsApp/Platform notification).
Each listing may have its own cancellation and modification policy (free cancellation until X days, partial refund, non‑refundable, etc.); Guests must read this before booking.
If you cancel or do not show up (“no‑show”), the applicable listing’s cancellation rules will apply and may result in partial or no refund.
Owners must honour confirmed bookings except in exceptional circumstances (force majeure, safety issues); in such cases, FarmHousesHyderabad.com may assist in finding alternative accommodation but is not obligated to do so.
Guests agree to comply with all house rules, occupancy limits, check‑in/check‑out times, and property‑specific policies.
Guests must use the property and facilities responsibly and not cause nuisance, damage, or illegal activity.
Guests are financially responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required due to their stay, as determined by the Owner, subject to applicable law.
Owners must provide clean, safe, and usable accommodation as described in the listing and honour bookings and agreed inclusions (amenities, services, meals, etc.) to the best of their ability.
Owners must comply with all applicable local laws, permits, tax registrations, and safety regulations.
Any dispute between Guest and Owner regarding quality, services, or refunds is primarily between those parties; FarmHousesHyderabad.com may assist but is not liable for Owner actions or omissions.
Guests may leave reviews and ratings after a stay; these must be honest, respectful, and not defamatory, obscene, or unlawful.
FarmHousesHyderabad.com may moderate, edit, hide, or remove reviews and user content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
By posting content (reviews, photos, comments), you grant FarmHousesHyderabad.com a non‑exclusive worldwide license to use and display such content on the Platform and in marketing.

By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and use, including sharing necessary booking details with relevant Property Owners and service providers.
