Refund Policy for Farmhouse Bookings

At Maa Upvan Holidays, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our guests. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we are here to assist you with your booking amendments or cancellations. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Cancellation and Refund Timeline

Cancellation 14 Days or More Before Check-In:

Full refund of the booking amount, minus any processing fees.

Cancellation Between 7 to 13 Days Before Check-In:

50% refund of the booking amount, minus any processing fees.

Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Before Check-In:

No refund. However, you may reschedule your booking for a future date, subject to availability and applicable rescheduling fees.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling Requests:

Must be made at least 7 days before the original check-in date.

Availability:

Rescheduling is subject to availability. If the new dates are not available, the standard cancellation policy will apply.

Rescheduling Fee:

A nominal fee of 5% of the booking amount may be charged for rescheduling, depending on the circumstances.

No-Show:

Availability:

If you do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and time, no refund will be provided. The entire booking amount will be forfeited.

4. Early Check-Out

Early Departure:

If you choose to check out before your scheduled departure date, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of your stay.

5. Refund Process

Refund Initiation:

Refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days from the date of the approved cancellation request.

Refund Method:

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
